Need some help with my friends LG ALLY

So my friend just got a replacement ally because his other one was freezing up wouldn't get any calls texts or nothing now his new one is doing the same well not hanging up as of now has any one else had this problem before?

Send it back. It seems that these phones are crap especially since the update. Call Verizon or go into the store and complain until you get something you want. My daughters got messed up after the update they sent her a new one that was junk. they finally let us use her upgrade early.
I still have the original one, it works just can't turn it off or it will bootloop for hours b4 it loads up.
