need some big help please

I have been at it for hours trying to get this ota for the 2.3.340 ota update everytime i do it just keeps going to install gets about 20-30% complete then stops reboots and fails to install i have tried everything i can think of please someone help me

Did you remove any bloatware or change anything having to do with your build.prop?

no i didnt

no idea how to do that any help there. I am about to do an sbf push using rsdlite but really feel uncomfortable with it dont want to mess up my phone.

Did you change your phone in any way? Root it? Theme it? Rom it?
Did you backup before doing so? Else you will need to sbf

madder I am actually following your faq

I was in the process of pushing the 2.3.15 to it and the battery apparently got too low and then just as the phone was about to go in to the reboot process it started flagging low battery cannot program will it charge as long as i have it plugged in?
