Need Musician's Helper App!

Hi Everybody, does anybody know of an app that would allow me to play mp3s and just listen to sections over and over again? Like where I can set the start and end of a loop? I was figuring there has to be some sort of musician's app that also slows down, changes pitch etc. for transcribing, but all I really need is the loop. Maybe there is even a simple music player that can do this? thanks.
