I just flashed AOKP and now I keep getting this warning.
oes anyone know what it is or how to,stop it? I cant open apps

Try wiping again and re flashing the rom. Go to recovery, wipe data, wipe cache, in the advanced section wipe dalvik cache then reflash

I did wipe 100%. Everytime i flash a new rom and restore i have to go into contacts and clear all data than it works.
