I hooked my phone up to my computer and it automatically updated my bionic to the system version 6.7.246.XT875.Verizon.end.US now when I try to put subsidy codes in they don't work it gives me the hex and Dec codes instead of the imei code which isn't the real problem cause I can get it from behind the battery but when I put the subsidy code to get the sim network unlock menu it don't do anything and also the bionic is supposed to ask for that code automatically when you put another network don't card in but it's not doing that either can anyone help me
