Need Help with RSD 5.7

I can not get my phone to show in RSD lite 5.7 i have tried everything i can think of. I have uninstalled drivers and reinstalled drivers, uninstalled and reinstalled RSD lite 5.7 rebooted CPU every time i do an install. I have put the phone in all 4 modes for USB. Any Suggestions?

I'm having the same issue, even after installing drivers from USB and PC Charging Drivers - Motorola Mobility, Inc. USA

However, I think it's because I have the wrong USB charger... it's from my old facinate and has a vcast sticker.

Also, I've heard to always run RSD as "Administrator"

My home pc is XP, and I've NEVER been able to get RSD to see my phone--it puts the phone in 'PC' mode, and I've never been able to get the XP box to load the drivers for that (XT875...something of that ilk) Tried same install files on my WIN7 work laptop, took right off
