I themed the Dolphin Browser HD and made a zip for installion. I included the meta and stuck it in a system/app folder, zip'd it up just like all my other apks.

I go to install it and everything goes well. It ends up right were is should be in system/app. But there is no icon and no way to open it.

    Any idea why?

    Thanks in advance....

Did you sign the app? I have seen this on regular system apps if you don't sign them.

What are you signing them with? Also why make it go into the /system/app directory when you can install it like a normal app to /data/app?

Really simple with apkmanager. Do 9 to decompile the app. Do you edits including images you want in the app. Then do 11 to compile the app. Lastly do 4 to sign it as a /data/app. Then just rename to the exact name as it would be in /data/app and transfer the file to your sdcard. Then simply click on the file to install. This way even non root users can use it ;)
