Need Gps help!!!

Hi. Im trying to figure this forum thing out. I have questions about my droid all the time. My latest is my navigation quit. I am not able to turn on my GPS! Spoke to Verison yesterday, they want me to return to factory settings and lose all my data, im like, "NO WAY!" Can anyone help???

First off welcome to the forums! Are you saying that your GPS wont turn on in the settings menu, or it is turned on but not working in apps like navigation?

Thx for your reply. Not only do I need help with my Droid, I need help using this forum....LOL! Where do I go from here????? Honestly, this is tricky. I thought I could enter a question and get some feedback....
