I'm running Android 1.5 and I'm having a hard time finding a decent email client. Maybe I'm looking in the wrong places... but does anyone have a suggestion apart from the Gmail and Mail clients that are included, and K9 mail?
My original problem is that intermittently my new mail would show up in the Gmail client, which I don't want to use at all, and not in the Mail client, which is not great but I could live with it. Tried a bunch of things but I don't know how to prevent this from happening. Honestly I would love to be able to remove the Gmail app but I don't know if it's possible. Anyone have a suggestion?
My problem with K9 is that I can't read the text of an email until the attachment downloads, which takes forever even for an attachment of a few MB. Again, maybe I am missing something here.
Any advice is appreciated - there must be better choices than these.
