Need clockwork help

I have several backups. When I updated last night I lost some data that I have been collecting through a specific app for my doctor. How do I open up a clockwork backup and find just the data that I need and restore it? The data may have been stored on the SD card. it that included in the clockwork backup?

If you don't use titanium backup you should otherwise winrar will extract tars and you need to google and get unyaffs.exe to extract img files from the command line.

Thanks so much! I was able to recover my data from a clockwork backup. I had lost 2 weeks worth of migraine records!
