Can gingerbreak 1.2 root 4.6.4?

No, it can't. The only way to have rooted Gingerbread is to install the Team Black Hat app and get their pre-rooted version. There is no way to root the stock Gingerbread right now once you've installed it.

Unless nutpn has created a new version and has managed to find an exploit that no one else has, it won't root Gingerbread on the Pro.

Gingerbreak is not yet able to root Android 2.3.3, which is the version installed with the 4.6.4 update.
