Does any one know how to free up memory on ur droid with out getting rid of apps?

Well you could clear your cache files and see how much that frees up. Since it looks like you're on a froyo rom I would recommend moving apps to your sd card, an easy way to force them is [[HERE]]

rooted users can use memory managers to force so much memory to be free
