My wife has a brand new Note 5 (I have the s7 Edge). After the various updates she has found her navigation is stopping working. Sometimes it says it can't connect to server and all the time it just hangs while trying to reroute (sometimes it succeeds but takes maybe 10-15 minutes to reroute). My S7 Edge has no such problems.
We have tried checking her location settings. I have also tried reverting back to the original factory install with no success. Also cleared caches etc. Verizon is of course less than helpful and says to just buy a new phone. Any ideas if it could be hardware related (covered under warranty) and how I might show that? Or maybe there are known issues with the Note5 in this regard
