Does anyone know where I can find the Google Navigation files? I'd love to customize the blue arrow icon they use and have it be a picture of my car!

    Thank you!

Looks like there will be a lot of trial and error. There seems to be 8 instances of this one graphic...

Darn, it says it's a read-only file system. Any way around this?

To push it back, you will obviously need to remount system as rw.

Ya he's right, will need to mount system as rw to push back.

And ya I saw lots of drawable folders for both views and even various resolutions, seems a bit overkill on their part.

Okay, I copied it over to my SD card, mounted the system folder and tried to mv it from the SD card to the system/app folder... but it says:

    Cross-device link

    What am I doing wrong?

    it's a busybox error.

Try this through an adb shell
    cat /sdcard/file.apk > /system/app/file.apk

Or just do a cp instead of a mv.

I changed the color of all the arrows to green, one at a time, but still have not seen any changes reflected in the app.

I even did an adb pull of the app from the system app folder and all the changes are there.
