I accidentally did a "simple nandroid backup" instead of an "advanced nandroid backup" before my most recent rom flash. I want to go back to the rom I was using before.

I did some research to find out what "simple nandroid" actually backed up and found this thread that says a simple backup only does /boot, /data, and /system. It does not include /cache, /misc, and /recovery.

Is it worth it for me to do a nandroid recovery, or should I just re-flash the previous rom? What all will I be missing without the /cache, /misc, and /recovery backups?

You should be OK to restore the simple nandroid backup, misc... idk what it is, cache is just temporary anyways, and the recovery... well you should know what that is, right?
