I just got a lollipop type notification on the lock screen of my Note 4 (android 4.4).
That makes no sense so I must be mistaken. But assuming for the moment that I'm not crazy, smart people out there- what do you think?

It was a white Facebook notification and there was a little message below saying swipe to the right to dismiss. In fact, I was in a tremendous rush when I saw it and immediately swiped it away.

Facebook testing something? I guess, probably, assuming they have a lock screen permission.

Comments?

It's Facebook. I've been getting them for a couple days now.

Freaked me out at first too.

If you tap the 3 dots above the right corner of it, you can change the setting.

Interesting they incorporated that into the app since it's a lollipop feature already. Especially since they're trying to streamline their apps. Why add more?

OK cool. Thanks! I dismissed before I investigated but if it happens again I'll take a closer look.
