my verizon

    Does using root stop you from being able to use the my Verizon app to be able to view my bill and usage? I am on p3droids rooted gingerbread by the way.

    I don't have it frozen and it just keeps telling me my number can't be validated.

    It shouldn't. Try uninstalling and reinstalling.

    Verizon has been screwing around with that site all day today so I would wait. It is back up at the moment though.

    It looks like they had to restore it from a month old backup because all the changes I made to my contacts have reverted.

    Every contact on my list also appears updated as of 4 Aug, it is 3 Aug, they don't even have the date set right. Jeezz...

    Yeah I went to the full website and found this out. When I tried to view bill it showed last months as unpaid. Still have my receipt if they get stupid on me haha

    Is anyone else still having trouble with my Verizon app or website? Neither one will let me view my bill. What's going on?
