my phone won't vibrate

I'm trying to change the settings so that my phone will vibrate for calls and texts. I dont want it to ring, just vibrate but that doesn't seem to be an option. help!

How can i get texts/notifications to ring and vibrate at the same time?

I would think you'd go under the setting of the text program to notifications and set it there. That's where I set it from.
