My IMAP email is possessed

So like many others, my corporate (non-Exchange) email decided to delete all its account settings randomly one day last month. I restored the settings, but now when I send an email from my phone (or reply to another email) sometimes it will insert the body of another email in my inbox instead of my text. This has happened twice now, and I haven't been able to re-create it. Any insight?

My wife was having the same problem with her POP email account. I deleted the account, did a battery pull then set the account back up. It's been fine for a couple of weeks. BTW, I pretty much run the same configuration and have never had a problem, go figure.
