Sorry to hear. I know how it feels, my grandpa and uncle had cancer. Hang in there, spend as much time as you can with your granny and the rest of your family, it'll make things easier.

My family and close friends have been touched by cancer. I've learned that you need to be realistic but also try to treat her as you would before she received the diagnosis, it goes along way to boosting her morale. Just remember she is still your granny, not a cancer patient.
