My Gallery Fail

My Gallert used to show me the pictures I have on Facebook and Photobucket. It no longer does. I've tried lost of things. Mostly combinations of log out dump cache reboot log in... Always no better.

When I go to Accounts and touch FB or PB I get an error and force close.

Please help.

Are you stock, rooted? When did this start? Did it start after downloading a certain app???

You say you dumped cache, did you try just clearing data on the "my gallery" app?? I know that doing this seems like you will lose everything. Not the case. Instead of clear cache, clear data or force stop the app and see what it does. Hope this helps??

Hmmm, try putting it in safe mode. Power it down, then when you power it up, as soon as you see the big red M, hold the volume up and down keys down at the same time. You will get a long and short vibration and you will see "safe mode" on the bottom left of the screen.

Try accessing it this way... I'm not sure if it will allow you to, but it might. If no change, then you may want to do a factory reset. Sorry to say.

You don't happen to have, display friends activities... selected do you??? If so, unselect it and reboot.

No help. Not really qilling to factory reset for these pics...

Also this was working so I dont think set up is the issue.

Are you saying that you were able to access it while in safe mode???

If so, that means you have an app interfering.

Or am I misunderstanding your post??

It sucks that when a phone has a hiccup a reset is your only option. I did tnat multiple times with my HTC... Maybe the Razr is no better.

I did the clear data and I did the safe mode. No help. That option WAS checked but I unchecked and no help. It was nice that FB and PB pics were right in My Gallery. Then if I wanted one I didn't have to go look. It was right there. I did have one update for thos phone. Mayne something got boogered then. Otherwise I'm not sure what app might be throwing the monkey wrench in there...

Try downloading Quickpic from the Play Store and see if it will display the gallery you are looking for. I use that over the stock gallery and like it much better, I don't use FB or PB so not sure if it will display them correctly.

Tried Qp. It does not look to FB and PB. I do appreciate the alternative, however.

Got one! Just pictures. Works great. Free on the Market.
