My Droid will not power up.

My old Droid stopped taking a charge or so it seems. I can plug it in to the charger and screen has a faint glow. Nothing else lights up except the little light near the charge plug in port. I changed batteries with no success. The phone has been turning on and off by itself lately. Very strange. At this point I just want to recover my contacts. Any thoughts out there.

If you have them backed up by google, they will restore with your gmail address on another phone. You can also access them from Gmail on the web. Otherwise you might be in trouble, unless you used the Backup Assistant from Verizon.

Thanks. I may be SOL. I'll keep trying to get the phone working. It would be nice to have everything in my new Bionic.
