my D2G quadrant mark...

i always see other device users such as DZ or DHD or N1 or sumthin, laugh at D2G/MS2's quadrant mark, cuz some of these devices can easily run up to 2000 while D2G seems cant.
but see my mark below.

sorry for using a chinese version of quadrant...but what i wanna say is just that how much quadrant mark a device can get does not make any sense...lol

dont worry about the score..believe me, my d2g is not smoother than yours...

Enabling stagefright in the build.prop is how you get those high Quadrant scores and like the OP said, it's a meaningless artifact of how the benchmark is designed.

Stagefright also fixes the annoying popping in mp3 playback, but breaks video playback... hopfully Motorola will fix their environment to properly support this froyo feature in future updates.

I have a quick question regarding qudrant,

Now i understand what the scores mean, or rather do not mean. My issue is that quadrant will not, for no reason, run the cpu benchmark. Does anyone else have this problem? Is there some kind of workaround??? Ive tried different roms, going back to full stock, enabling/disabling many settings, to no luck.

Maybe i should install alogcat and try to figure this out
