My browser is messing up, among other things

Basically, I downloaded handcent and this ringtone creator..and a day later (today)..my phone started running very slow and the browser is really messing up. If I click on apps, it takes forever to open them, and my history won't quit popping up on my browser.i already did a factory reset....help please?!i love my droid.
