Ive been having a ton of issues installing V.5...

Ive re installed everything making sure to wipe multiple times and formated System a few times as well. On on flash my home button didnt work and the phone wouldnt lock.

On all of my (about 5) flashes of V.5 none of my apps have restored....

Am I supposed to flash it and not touch it when it ask me to touch the andoid until it reboots?

    Leave the phone alone

The way I think of it is... Don't touch your phone until it reboots twice. So you flash the custom ROM, it reboots, you have to wait for it to reboot again. You will then follow the on screen directions. You really should go to Peter Alfonso's website that has directions and info on how to do this.

I've found taking backuptool folder off the sdcard before wiping and flashing fixed that for me. Naturally, backuptool won't restore your mms' etc..but if you rely on Gmail and a backup agent like astro it wouldn't matter. Gmail restored my apps etc when I did this (after bb rebooted itself)
