Music Player with FF/30sec skip

Does anyone know a music player that has a 30 second skip button like Google Listen has ? I have a lot of recorded, long, radio files and skipping the commercials would be really helpful. Dragging the timeline just isn't accurate enough on all the players I have.

Google Listen is a great player but I don't think you can load stand alone files.
