Music player stopping when screen turns off!

I don't usually use the native Music app (not until it gets a Genre tab), but I do use it to play podcasts and recently downloaded mp3s. It seems like since the 2.1 update, anytime I'm playing something and the screen times out, it just stops playing. There isn't any kind of settings menu for the app so I don't know what to do.

Do you have a "task killer app" installed? If so, you may want to exclude the music player from the "kill list". If not, I am not sure. Good luck to ya tho...
