Music Player issue

Droid 3 - Randomly starts playing one of my Audio files (mp3) - not sure what is causing this or how to stop it other then pulling the battery. I have to turn the volume off.

I cannot find anything running that is actually playing it !!! strange ...

When I go into the "Music" app it is not running and the next song up to be played is not the one currently playing... this is driving me :icon_ banana::icon_ banana::icon_ banana:

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Well I thought to maybe wipe the device and start over although what about all the apps, contacts , etc...
