So I just got my Droid, and couldn't be happier with it - almost. I have an ipod touch, and use itunes to manage my music. As soon as I get a 32GB cd card, my droid will replace my ipod.
Now the problem. As most of you are aware, itunes arranges music in folders by artist. Thus, if you have an album (like the lord of the rings soundtracks) that have multiple artists, the album is spread across several folders. When copied to my droid, if I open the music player and go into the album view, these multiple-artist albums are listed multiple times - once for each unique artist.
This is "album view", so it should just list each album once. Apple recently screwed up in the same way with the 2nd most recent ipod / iphone update. Is there a way to fix this in the droid, rather than manually rearranging the folders?
