Moving stuff on sd card to computer

I'm trying to move the things on my old sd card (photos & music) to my computer so I can then move it from my computer to my new sd card. Please help! I don't know what to do!

Put the old card into the phone, plug it into your computer, it will ask you if you want to change it from charge only to mount as a drive, choose that. The SD card will show up in your computer as a drive, move everything off it, eject the drive, power down the phone, swap the cards and repeat the process after it boots and move your files to the new card.
