When I switch ROMs from PEv4.2 to any Gingerbread ROM (I've tried LFY, UD, PEGB, and the new CM7.0.1) when I go to restore my apps and data stuff from TiBu it works right away, but I restart my phone to let all changes take effect it sends me to a boot loop. I've tried just restoring my apps with no data like music playlists, sms history ect... and I get the same results. Is this a known issue or something I'm doing? Any insight helps. Thanks!

Big + 1! I stopped using TiBu all together ... even going from one GB ROM to another. It may seem like a PITA but I for one think it's worth it in the long run.

You'll be fine to restore apps from tibu, just don't restore data until you ate goin from one gb rom to another

This must be another example of "all our phones are different." When I initially went from Froyo (was using UD 2.5) to a GB ROM (it was a Liquid ROM at the time) I used Titanium Backup to restore apps with data as well as system data (the items in green except for bluetooth settings) and never had an issue. I've since done the same exact restore going from one GB ROM to another (and I've tried everyone) and again I've had no issues. The one exception was with Pure Grid Calendar Widget - it would force close on me if I tried to select a skin. That is the one app where I actually re-download from the market and start over from scratch. Everything else is restored via TiBu.

Alrighty. Thanks guys. Ill mess around with it. If I remember correctly it will auto download my apps from the market when I upgrade to a GB ROM right? Its been awhile.
