Is there any way to move/copy a file from he sd card to the phone memory...ie system/? Will "godmode" allow me to do it do it or will I have to try to remember commands and use terminal? I'm trying to put a bootanimation into sytem/media/ and am having a brainfreeze. Thanks if you can help me or point me in the right direction.

This hour I am running: MotoDroid
Froyo Kangerade v1.1 (because I like the icons)
    Chevy#1 Kernel 2.6.32-lowV @ 900 MHZ
    Baseband Version C_01.43.01P

If you are rooted and have purchased "Root Explorer" from the market than this is a breeze, the app is only a few dollars and it is the last file/root explorer app you will ever need, go to the root of your SD within root explorer, long press on your new bootanimation.zip select move, navigate to system/media and paste then reboot and enjoy your new boot animation
