Solved motox (1st gen) lollipop, bluetooth

I have updated my moto x 1st gen to lollipop 5.1 Now my bluetooth will not stay connected or pair with Handsfree link. I have tried clearing cash and reboot. Also have cleared the handsfree link. Any ideas on how to fix?

Factory reset. Not desirable, but always a good idea after a big update.
