I'm dealing with a very strange issue with my z4. My z4's microphone is not working on call but works every where. I tried multiple apps to record and check but when before pressing the start button microphone seems to be working but when i start recording it jus stop. I tried everything and finally i did factory reset 3 times but nothing worked then i tested with CQA test and analyzed the mic i found that primary microphone is not working. Then i installed an app to check my loudspeaker. When i start loudspeaker test and recording with same apps my microphone works while speaker testing app playing some kind of testing music. And in CQA test primary microphone works. When speaker testing application completed the speaker testing and stopped playing music my z4's microphone stopped working. Can anybody help me with this issue? I attached some screenshots
