That kit the way you see it is only sold by Motorola directly or by Amazon.com AFAIK. I bought the Docks at Verizon and they only came with the mount and audio cable. I was able to secure the accessory jack and USB Power and Audio cable to complete my kits directly from Motorola.

There may be other retailers who sell the full bundle you see there, but I know for a fact that Verizon's version does not come with either the power accessory adapter or the dual-purpose Power and Audio cable.
