I know what is making the Motorola Services run, which is killing the battery and making it very hot. I had my YouTube, Flickr, Google and Facebook backed up on my other Razr and the battery would only last till lunch. I had other troubles so I sent it back and got a new one. On it I decided not to back up Facebook this time and no Motorola Services and the battery lasts until around 2:00 am. Yesterday I decided to back Facebook up just to see what happens and guess what. Within one hour Motorola Services started running in the background and the phone was getting hot. I unchecked it and powered off / on the phone and it's been good all day. So if your having this problem try that and it will fix it.
