Motorola Logo

Do anyone knows how to change the M logo when you first turn the phone on and you see it?

I know if you root your phone you can change the boot animation using an app like Rom Toolbox. I was able to change the Motorola logo on my Droid X, but on the MAXX it looks like it's locked down. I am pretty sure it's possible, I am just not sure how easy it would be.
