Yeah I had heard about them. I wasn't expecting a freebie earbud replacement though.

thats awesome and that is support.

I'm glad Moto got my money.

One of the many reasons I left RIM was because of their poor craftmanship and no support.

Bad trackball? too bad. Battery door falling off? Too bad

I'll support corporations like Moto and feel good doing so.

That's pretty sweet!!!

Why don't you have a case though? Kind of helps if you drop it, and you don't have to worry about the battery door... Just curious..
