So if you goto Motorola Home - Motorola USA and choose to update your phones software via computer, it says to turn off the phone remove and reinsert the battery. Then Hold the "T" key while holding down the power on button. Not sure what it does, maybe a secret reset? Does anyone know?

it's supposed to enable a specific usb mode so it can get into bootloader mode or something. we had to do it on EVERY droid we updated in our store prior to sale. Moto RSD specifically says to do this to finish the software flash to ESD56. that's really all i know.
