Is there a battery for the Motorola Droid that lasts longer than the stock battery?

EDIT: Is there one not as bulky?

Yes

Sedio sells extended batteries. Verizon also sells extended batteries by Moto.

The Droid 2 extended battery fits the Droid 1 and works great for me. I bought it from Verizon...

There is also an 80+ page Thread on this that you might want to scan through http://www.droidforums.net/forum/droid-accessories/9569-seidio-2600mah-extended-battery.html

There are topics on other forums that suggest that the higher 1400 are not every bit as powerful as the OEM battery. They call list the way there do becouse the 1400 is still with in the tolerance that the industry standard uses. Even the 2800 is only a bit higher based on the standard.

And for me I'll stick with the OEM.
