    I'm in the same boat.....sent them a follow-up asking what's going on using the form on their site and have yet to hear back.

    I'm in the same boat. I've just stopped fighting it, canceled and just paid an extra $15 and got them on amazon. ordered 5pm last night and I just got an email tracking confirmation number this morning

    At this time, we do not have an estimated time of when the headphones will be available. However, once we have the headphones in stock, they will be delivered to you.

    I have worn mine a few times at the gym. Worked good for me no cords to get in the way and irritate me. Idk about sweat tho mine don't smell after a few times. I like em

    I am in the same "processing" boat. I'm not in that big of a rush to get them, so I will just let it go until they fill it or cancel it.

    I suspect it'll eventually be canceled, but I'd still like to see them shipped even if it takes another week.

    I can't get mine to change tracks or play/pause. The only controls that work are the VOLUMES.

    Am I doing something wrong?

    I called Verizon about my order from 1-15 and they said they are back ordered and no idea when they will get more. ///They said I will get it , but they don't know when.

    just got mine (have been at college) but they arrived on tuesday, and I must say the pairing took all of 5 seconds. the calls are clear on both ends, the sound is crisp, loud and the bass is surprisingly good considering they aren't in-ear or anything, definitely the best cheaper headphones I've owned, obviously they arent comparable to more expensive headphones like the Shure 115's I have, but even for the full retail price of $60 these are a good buy

    do you have overclocking, I think if the phone sleeps and you have setCPU set too low during sleep then it can start to mess with stuff, if not i would first try to re-pair the headphones and then to reboot the phone

    is this also a headset (with mic)? cuz i can hear it..not sure if i can actually talk?
