motocast on ICS leaks (communication with server error) anyone track it down yet?

Running. 75 and it been a known issue where motocast eventually will forget that it's been setup already. When trying to reset it hangs at communicating with server.
My fix as with many others is to simple restore a nandroid backup.

I am just wondering if the actual cause has been determined. At first I thought I traced it down to "adding a social network" via the gallery, that ain't it.

Today it was working then a few hours later gone...

From testing with some old builds of ICS I can say that it seems that Motocast has to do with what update server your phone is using. The new ICS leaks are using a different update server than before so motocast may be having issues because of this

Are to suggesting it's the phone's update server used to check for software updates or the actual motocast servers?

If the moto servers it may be possible to snag the apk from a working version ..
