Moto Droid INTERNAL WALLPAPER DIRECTORY?

    Where can I put my custom wallpapers so that I can view them through the WALLPAPER menu item from the "add to home screen" menu? I know I can just dump my wallpapers in the DCIM/Camera directory, but I would like to have all my wallpapers accessible from the actual wallpaper gallery.:icon_eek:

    My understanding is that the wallpaper directory is coded into the OS at some level, and that users cannot add to it.

    I don't know if rooting, hacks, etc. could get you around it.

    Yes the wallpaper directory is coded into the launcher.apk file. You cannot do anything to it without root access.
