More ring and vibrate?

My workplace is often quite noisy. I've been missing calls because I just don't hear the phone and didn't notice it vibrating (I have it set to do both). Is there any way to lengthen the vibration and/or make the ringer louder?

This seems to be an ongoing issue with the Droid2 and the DX hopefully this will be fixed in a future update for both

just go to market and search 'vibrate'.
