I have been looking for an easy way to restore all my files when performing an advanced nandroid restore. I know about titanium backup, mybackkup pro, astro, etc. What I really want to do is copy all my apps from my last nandroid backup and paste them in the data.tar folder under app or app/private.

My problem is that WINRAR won't let me paste anything in a tar folder unless it is a zip file. Does anyone know of a program or a way where I can simply copy all my apps and paste them in these folders? I have been looking for something but haven't been successful. Thanks in advance.
