Does anyone know what this file is?

mms_oom_hprof_data

it appeared out of no where on my sd card in the root folder. it is around 9 mb. i tried searching but couldn't find an answer.

i don't have any third party messaging app that i'm aware of.

I used Root Explorer to search my SD but was not able to locate that particular file. I'm guessing it was from a text that had an attachment but that is a guess
