I have been getting a lot of requests for the framework or notification bar in my sig. This is Adamz Smoked Glass framework-res.apk, so all the credit goes to him for the incredible images. All I did was take the framework and make a MM out of it with the correct XML files needed for 2.1 to work or show correctly. These files I found by looking at the Droidinator theme by Manigma. So Thanks to him and Adamz for this to be possible. I have also included the home and launcher MM for Smoked Glass as well. If you want more of the Smoked Glass MM theme it can be found here AllDroid - View topic - [Theme] Smoked Glass *Updated 02/08*. Again this is just for the framework-res.apk to be skinned correctly in 2.1. If you use the framework in Adamz package the pull down menu will look messed up and it won't overwrite the status icons in the bar.

This MM theme will change the color of you time or the notifications.

3/22 - Update one for CyanogenMod 5.0.5. It is a black bar based off Adams smoked glass rom and the white text is built in.

Follow these steps to apply in Metamorph.

    Download Metamorph from the Market
In order for MM to open and run you need to have busybox installed.
Place the .zip file in /sdcard/androidthemes folder on you droid.
Open MM, and run checks. On 2.1 it may cause a FC the first time, that's normal, simply reopen the app.
To unpack the theme click on "Pick Theme". This will open the androidthemes folder and you can select the .zip file.
It will unpack the entire contents to a folder with the same name. Open the folder and click on the .thm file.
Now you should have a screen asking to apply all or apps to apply one at a time. (with this one select framework-res)
Hit the "apply it" button. When done it will ask to restart the phone.

Here is a screenshot of it on Simply Stunning 1.02

THIS ONE IS FOR CYANOGEN MOD
bowerbarcyan_white.zip (black bar with white text)

THIS ONE IS FOR 2.1 ROMS (ESE53 and maybe ESE81)

Thanks for the work. It looks great.
I still have the black clock and black temperature. Is there a way to fix and make them white? I'm running Pete's 2.1 if it matters and I'm not a complete noob. I just need someone to point me in the right direction.
    thanks

Nice!! Awesome job, I'm wondering about text color also. Is that something you can modify with MM or is that something that delves into ROM coding?

The color of the time and notification has to do with the ROM. I haven't done anything with it myself, but have seen that to change it you need to push a system.jar over. This may be accomplished by using xUtlimate by Xeudoxus

    AllDroid - View topic - [app/script] xUltimate v1.2.4 **UPDATED 02/17/10**

Again, I have not done this myself as the ROM I am using has the white clock and notifications already.

Its not seeing the zip file in MetaMorph?

I tried extracting it and using the .thm file, but no luck.

These are skins or themes for the framework, launcher, and launcher2. They are not the app themeselves and thus will not add the functional buttons if you do not have them already.

Also on a side note this was for 2.1 prior to the ERE and ESE builds. So this may not work with them.

As I stated the post above yours, this was made prior to the current ESE53 and ERE25 builds. Thus it may not work with them.

Yes, exactly. I only applied framework-res, didn't need the launcher.
