im in the middle of flashing my droid to cricket, ive done every step to a T and for some reason when i get to the command where i push files through adb, i try and do the command mkdir /data/opt/ i get "mkdir failed for /data/opt/ permission denied"

anyone have a fix for that? my phone is rooted through z4 mod so i dont think it would have nothing to do with that.

you have to gain superuser access. type su in the terminal and press enter before typing that command.
