Miui update working?!?!?

Is 1.8.5 replacing 1.7.29 that never would boot?

I didn't think those updates were even ported to the d2 yet. Am I wrong?

1.8.5 works for D2. Its the newest version of MIUI.

1.7.29 booted up, but last night when Framework43 ported the 1.8.5 update over, it wouldn't boot on the D2. He fixed it and uploaded a new file on the MIUI site which works.

Do not try CCNAME.APK. It made my phone stay in roaming and I had to restore a backup.

Dude that happens.. just unplug and wipe data and reboot!! You'll be fine!

I don't know if its just me but battery life in this version is 400% better. I took my phone off the charger about an hour ago and its only at 96% (usually would be around 89% with extended battery). Also the boot animatioon changer works now. I'm sure there are a lot more changes but that's what I've noticed so far. Everything also seeems to be a lot more snappier as far as apps opening and everything. Its definitely worth updating. Hope this helps.
