I do NOT know if this was mentioned at all or not.
I was wondering if I could use the MIUI Music Player on my phone?
And i do know how to do most of the basics on the phone.

My first idea would be checking the MIUI rom and unzip to look for the apk but i dont know if it would mess around with my phone and brick it...i know sbf'in takes less than 20min but i just wanted to make sure

thanks

I've tried taking it straight from MIUI, pushing it to system/app, and changing permissions/owner, and it doesn't work.

BUT! In Liquid GB, there's an option to switch to it (it's been modified, I'd assume). I'll upload it to my dropbox so you can try installing it.

Edit: Here it is if you wanna try it out.

Awesome. When I go back to CM7, I'll try that. I already tried just installing the app, but it doesn't work...

Yeah, I tried it out and it works fine.
I like the visuals on the one from Liquid better, though, so I went back to that. Settings be damned lol.

It didn't work for me on nightly 50. I flashed back using my backup and it wouldn't install.

I did this with both of them.

I'm gonna try it. Thanks

CM74D2

I got it to work, but its an older version. It doesn't have half the stuff that the new one has, like the equalizer and ID3 tag editing...

I pulled the new one off MIUI but it wont work period...
